I had an amazing time at this hotel, from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to help me locate a nearby shop when I forgot my bikini. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna and pool areas. The location was also perfect, easy to access and peaceful. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options.

the service and food were both exceptional – the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, which added to our relaxing experience. We also enjoyed the beautiful and well-maintained garden areas, which provided many nice places to unwind. the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and delicious foods, including organic bread, meat, cheese, fruit.
There was only one aspect of our experience that fell short, and that was a lack of clarity regarding sauna usage and extra fees.

We were lucky to come across this hotel during our city break. First, the breakfast selection was fantastic with plenty of options, including fresh meats, fruit, and organic bread. the hotel location was ideal, only a short walk from the railway station, which made transportation around the city very easy. Lastly, it was great to relax in the landscaped garden, which offered plenty of private areas to unwind.
The saunas were not available until 11:00 am the following day, which was also our check-out time. We were disappointed that we needed to pay an additional fee to use the saunas, which wasn't communicated when we booked.

The breakfast offered a good selection of continental food that was enjoyable. the location was convenient for our business purposes and easy to find from the nearby train station.
The sauna and check-out time were both at 11:00 am, which made it difficult to enjoy the amenities. we were disappointed that our special request for a birthday celebration was overlooked and not properly acknowledged by the staff.
